The staff were excellent, providing friendly service from the moment we arrived. They stored our bags for two days before we checked in and even greeted us with a complimentary fruit platter. the hotel was very clean and in a great location, with an Ankaray station right nearby and an easy walk to Kizalay. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom and shower. the breakfast buffet was delicious.
We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Kahya Hotel. Cons: Nothing at all!
